This juice filling machine adopts hot filling technology, filling temperature will be very high, about 85-92℃, so when bottles are delivered about from filling machine, the liquid temperature inside bottle will be still high, 80℃ more. In this situation, our company manufacture this type machine, bottle laying down sterilizer,during bottle moving on the product conveyor, there will be special conveyor belt on one side of bottle, and this belt will gradually it went from upright to parallel to the ground, bottle will also lay down during this situation, then the liquid inside will touch the cap, use high temperature liquid to sterilize the cap inside. Which can save more production cost for customer to find other way to sterilize the cap inside.
