This machine is designed and manufactured accoriding to foreign advanced technology, with years manufacuring and upgrading, our company produce this washing filling capping 3 in 1 monoblock machine for glass bottle wine. Rinsing clamp for glass bottle use Italian technology, manufacturing accuracy is very high, with high quality filling valve, our machine will control liquid level well with small fluid loss;This machine adopts aluminum cap capping system, tightly cover the bottle mouth with cap by seaming knife, the sealing effect is beautiful and the sealing property is good.

Glass bottle filling machine details:
This machine is used for beverage production, so SUS304 is widely used in machine, parts contacting liquid like rinsing clamp, filling head, capping head are all made of stainless steel. Other contacting parts like sealing ring, it should be good for airtightness, we use food grade material. PLC system(Mitsubishi brand) is adopted to control every working steps automatically, what singal means what function are all designed by our engineer with rich experience. Frequency inverter(Mitsubishi brand) realize the speed control of whole machine. Bottle will be lifted up when it arrive filling position, then bottle mouth will open the filling valve to let liquid get into bottle automatically, this device helps control the liquid filling, no bottle no filling, avoid liquid loss. Advanced aluminym cap seaming system is used in this machine, the seaming knife is adjusted accoridng to customer's bottle and cap, to make the cap screw more beautiful and stable.
