Automatic labeling machine description:
This sleeve labeling machine is widely applicable industries, products, mainly is suitable for all kinds of containers, shrink film packaging of various shapes and materials (such as: food and beverage, cleaning supplies, medicine, cosmetic and so on all kinds of plastic bottles, glass bottles, PVC, PET, PS, tin and other containers), can be fully wired with production line operation and single operation, empty bottles or can packaging use after filling, automatic fast packaging, save a lot of artificial cost, at the same time greatly improve product packaging effect.
Automatic labeling machine features:
This labeling machine structure is made of high quality stainless steel, and machine running area is full covered by the compact structure, which is not easy to rust, and is good for protecting the machine inside. There is a blade box inside the machine with 4 pcs blades inside box, and the blades are adjustable to round cut the label. It has single positioning center guide post to deliver the labels to right place. After cutting the label and put label on the bottle, the bottle wiil delivered to label brusing area by convyor, to brush label into right place of bottle, more accurate label seeting. In order to make the cutting time more corrrect, there is a high speed sensor in the machine, when it detects the bottle, sensor will send signal to the cutting plate to cut the label, and this time can be adjustable accoridng to production speed.

Automatic labeling machine details:
It has feeding and front section conveying, the bottle inlet is controled by conveyor chain. During labeling part, it has label sending system, cutter plate, neat mechanism, traction labeling mechanism inside this part.According to the actual requirements, the servo motor and PLC control system adopt position closed-loop, speed closed-loop control and quick trigger response mechanism to realize the high precision positioning and high speed stable operation requirements required by the marking machine when it sends and cuts marks.When the product is evenly delivered to the label position, the measuring object electric eye immediately starts the label cutting mechanism after detecting the product, making the label cut to the required height, and at the same time, under the action of the pushing roller, it moves down to the top of the product to accurately cover the label.
Label insertion positioning guidance mechanism: make the label accurately insert and lift to the designated position
Electrical control: PLC, high-sensitive electric eye and other electrical components, human-machine interface software and touch screen. Realize the integrated control of the system.
