Water bottling machine description:
In order to help water plant owner develp their water business, and increase their production efficiency with low manual power, our rinsing filling capping machine 3 in 1 machine is good choice for them. Different from former 3 seperate working machine, we combine empty bottle rinsing machine, water filling machine and cap screwing machine into 1 equipment, and this machine is driven in one control system to make sure all working postions can run accurately and without error. So customer can save more labor cost, and 1 machine will save a lot of space for water plant owner, they can run larger production line in much smaller space than before.
Empety bottle will be delivered in 3 in 1 machine shortly to finsih rinsing, filling and capping process, which can also make sure the less dust pollution(We can also provide a fully enclosed negative pressure filling environment according to customer demands.).

Water bottling machine description:
1. Bottle rinsing part adopts compact structure, which ensures running situation.
2. Bottles enter into rinsing part by stare wheel, then clamp will catch bottle automatically.
3. The power of the bottle rinsing part is transmitted by the internal drive system of the frame through the gears.
4. Rinsing nozzle will inject purified to clean bottle inside.
5. Using high speed filling valve, the liquid level is accurate without liquid loss, to ensure the filling process requirements.
6. With automatic structure, machine can reach the purpose of no bottle no filling, which can save a lot of water.
7. The float mode of liquid cylinder level is controlled by float.
8. Parts in contact with liquid material are made of high quality stainless steel, no dead Angle, easy to clean.
9. It adopts efficient cap loading system and has perfect automatic control and protection device.
10. In order to suitable for various types caps, we will manufacture special cap mould according to customer cap sample.
11. Tooth profile device is used in choosing caps.
12. There is cap decting device at the bottom of cap slide, which make sure there is no inverse caps.
